Soft Biomatter Laboratory

Shahryar joined Soft Biomatter lab as a postdoctoral research associate in 2024. Previously, he received his BSc. in Chemical Engineering (minor in Chemistry) from Sharif University of Technology and PhD in Chemical Engineering from Rice University. Here, he works on the development of a direct-ink write (DIW) process that promotes anisotropic fiber orientation in 3D printed polymer composites.
