Gengyu is a postdoc research researcher in Soft Biomatter Lab. He received his BS in Chemistry from University of Science and Technology of China, and PhD in Chemistry from University of Virginia, where he worked on micelle-encapsulated enantioselective fluorescence sensors under the supervision of Prof. Lin Pu. His current research is focused on charged copolymers and 2D polymers. Gengyu has been teaching undergrads for years and enjoys seeing his students learn things by coming up with their own thinkings. He also loves the nature by far. He alywas wishes to witness natural wonders with his family and his lovely dog JayJay. Current position: Industry
